If, for any reason, you receive an arrangement that does not meet your expectations, we will gladly replace it. To request a replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that flowers are perishable, and proper care is required. It is the recipient's responsibility to follow any care instructions provided.
If neither the recipient nor the sender notifies us within 24 hours of the original service date, no refunds or replacements will be made for the order. However, if we are unable to provide you with a replacement or accommodate your delivery request, we will refund the entire order amount.
